Aerosphere Trade In

Terms + Conditions

The Aerosphere Trade in program is designed to offer a trade-in option against branded sunglasses with an original retail value of at least R750 ZAR. Aerosphere in its sole discretion evaluates and appraises submitted sunglasses to determine their value.

Aerosphere may terminate the program at any point in the future in its sole discretion and the program is currently valid from November 14th 2019. Trade ins only apply to purchases on the Aerosphere website against the purchase of a new pair of Aerosphere sunglasses. Within 35 days after your trade in sunglasses have been received, you will be contacted with a unique code to be applied at checkout on aerospherevision.com that will reduce your purchase amount by the appraised value of your trade in sunglasses.  

Aerosphere reserves the right to modify the trade-in value offered for traded in sunglasses during special promotions and has no obligation to offer those price adjustments for purchases made outside of any promotional periods.

The Aerosphere trade-in is limited to a single trade in of sunglasses against a single transaction. If you wish to trade in multiple sunglassess, you must check out each purchase in a separate transaction on aerospherevision.com. In the event that your order contains multiple items, the unique code will reduce your total invoice value. Aerosphere reserves the right to cancel or deny any orders that do not meet the eligibility requirements.

You must be the owner of the submitted sunglasses and importantly the Program is not valid on stolen property. Retailers may not participate in the program by returning in-stock inventory or product that has not sold in their respective stores. Aerosphere will determine authenticity at its sole discretion and ineligible devices may be returned at your expense.

You must ship or post your trade in sunglasses to the following address. failure to do so exemplifies Aerosphere of any potential trade in and will not be liable for any loss or damage to the used device while in transit or failure to deliver. Once you have shipped your trade in sunglasses to Aerosphere, we cannot guarantee its return to you. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to remove all personal data associated with your trade in sunglasses before shipping to Aerosphere.

The trade in sunglasse frame and lenses must be in fair to good condition. Broken sunglasses cannot be traded in. Once you have traded in your sunglasses, the transaction is final. You cannot get them back.
Trade-ins cannot be used in conjunction with combo deals or any other offers, discounts or promo codes. Trade in's cannot be credited against previous purchases. Aerosphere reserves the right to change or modify the Program without notice, at any time, and in its sole and absolute discretion.
