Refund policy

We accept returns of unused items in perfect condition only with the original packaging for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed in the form of the original payment.

Please include a copy of your invoice or any order information you have available to ensure the prompt and efficient processing of your return.

Important: If you are returning an item for refund, please arrange for shipping. Please note, we cannot refund prescription eyewear due to the lense being customized specifically for you.
