How do I get Free Shipping?
All orders inside South Africa ship for free. Global orders over R1500 ship for free. There is an express option if you want your sunglasses faster.

How long will my order take to get to me?
Please note, if you ordered upgraded lenses, they are shipped in from our international factories. The custom lenses are cut and fitted to your specific frame, customized for you. This process takes around 12 days and then allow us time to ship to you. You will not be disappointed, they're worth the short wait.

Note, your new sunglasses are a high value item, so we ship PostNet to PostNet in South Africa, which takes 48hrs. That way, our partners at PostNet will make sure your new sunglasses stay safe until you collect them.
All delivery times are in working days, and exclude day of posting and Bank or Public Holidays. Orders placed before 2pm are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm are shipped the following day.

How can I pay?
We take payments via PayPal for which you are covered by PayPal Buyer Protection insurance. You do not need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal.
EFT - Electronic funds transfer, so your bank to ours. Super simple.
Debit and Credit Card - Processed securely online.
MobiCred - This is a really great option if you purchase top of the range lenses. This helps reduce the cost to a really low monthly amount.

Can I return a product?
Absolutely, within 14 days of purchase. learn more

Will I have to pay customs or import charges for my order?
All orders within SA are free from any customs charges. If you order from outside South Africa, you might be charged an import duty but it is unlikely.
We have no control over these charges, and cannot advise what the cost will be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. A quick google search of your particular countries import duties will give you a good idea of what to plan for.

Is there a store near me where I can buy Aerosphere eyewear?
To keep the brand exclusive we have decided not to mass retail our eyewear. We have however partnered with some stores that we feel match our expectation for customer service. Check our map for a location nearest to you:

What’s the best way to clean my new eyewear?

We highly recommend using our chemical X because we know its the best lens cleaner on the market. Other lens cleaners can damage the frame or the lenses in sunglasses if the materials and cleaner are reactive. A backup is cold water followed by a gentle rub with your white cotton sunglass bag.
