MKII Pro

Brilliant sunglasses. I use the MKII for driving and the Vortex for sport. Love the satin finish to the frames and how light weight they are. Comfortable to wear for long periods.

This is the third pair of Aerosphere shades I have bought, and the best frame after the Airborne and Airborne Pro.

can't recommend them enough

Two things that are in short supply in today's world: Products that live up their hype, and good customer service. Aerosphere vastly exceeds on both fronts!

Within minutes of me placing my order online, I was contacted by Aerosphere to discuss my order; including intended useage and application. I was guided professionally to exactly what I required for my particular situation, and I was kept up to date with the order-process all the way to delivery.

Operating doors-off in a helicopter requires sunglasses that allow for a good seal between your headset and your temple. A bulky frame often allows unwanted noise to create havoc with the noise-cancelling system. The MkII Pro has super flat arms that seal extremely well and there is no perceivable noise ingress (I removed my sunglasses in flight, and could not tell the difference with having them on or not.)

Those same arms grip firmly yet gently onto your head, keeping the sunglasses securely attached to your person. Combined with the soft nose pads, they are really very comfortable. More than once did I forget that I was wearing them!

The Rezonite lenses are phenomenal - colour and clarity are superb. A recent job had me flying next to water in the late afternoon sun, with a significant amount of glare. (We had to locate a hippo, so I was looking directly into the water) The polarization reduced eye-strain and I was able to spot the animal way before the wildlife vet who was sitting behind me could.

I highly recommend the MkII Pro to anyone who is serious about protecting their vision while looking stylish!

I bought a pair of MKII Pro sunglasses a week ago. I have been putting them through the test properly the past week.

First thing, the clarity and quality of the REZONITE optics blew my mind when I first put them on. The colours and the contrasts visible were unbelievably good. I swapped between the MKII Pro with the REZONITE lenses and my oakley twin face polarised multiple times. I probably did not want to admit it, as I WAS a big oakley fan. But the MKII Pro was the winner by a long way, and I mean a long way!!

The MKII Pro frame hug your face perfect and secure, there are no big gaps between your face and the frame for ambient light and wind to enter. I do lot's of door's off vertical reference longline operations with the helicopter. While hanging out the helicopter in the wind and staring down the whole day. With the strong winds hitting you on thebside of your face, the MKII Pro didn't even budge once and try to go skydiving with no chute. PS, I have lost a few sunglasses this way.

All I can say is, that you will definitely not disappointed with these sunglasses and especially the REZONITE optics. My next pair is almost added to cart.

Happy Pig-in-poo! Fat fan of these frames that I have had multiples. Sturdy and great fit. They may seem bulky but its for that very reason that I have tremendous confidence in these Bad Boys when getting up to mischief or heavily active tasks where I cant be worrying about Sunnies. These with Rezonite lenes, 10/10!!!
