- We accept returns of un-used, undamaged eywear in original packaging for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
- Refunds will be processed in the form of the original payment.
- Please include a copy of your invoice or any order information you have available to ensure the prompt and efficient processing of your return.
If you are returning an item for refund, use our partners at PostNet using a their PostNet to PostNet delivery for only R99 using our address below. Their Partners DHL will make sure we get the product back within 2 to 3 days so we can process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.
