We're a small team and we read everything ourselves. There is no ticket queue and no script. Tell us what you need and you'll get a straight answer from someone who knows the product.

Office hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 South African time, excluding public holidays. We reply within one working day.

Returns, repairs and warranty work

Silver Lab is our optical fitting partner. They cut and fit every upgraded lens and they handle inbound returns, so anything coming back to us goes there. Please don't send it to the office, and please get a reference number from us first.

If something goes wrong
Tell us. Email support@aerospherevision.com and we'll acknowledge within one working day and give you a plan.
If we can't resolve it between us, you can take the matter to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud at no cost to you. Share call 0860 000 272, info@cgso.org.za, or cgso.org.za. That right exists whatever we say here, and using it costs you nothing.
